Bilim Patent Is a Team of Trademark and Patent Attorneys, Engineers and Lawyers with Extensive Experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights.
As patent attorneys, we prepare your industrial design, patent and utility model applications in Türkiye and abroad for your inventions and designs, and produce the technical drawings where needed. Bilim Patent manages its clients' patent portfolios, evaluates patent search and examination reports, prepares responses to oppositions and monitors annuities (annual fees).
As trademark attorneys, we research the registrability of your trademarks in Türkiye and abroad, file registration applications for your trademarks and follow the registration process through to ensure that you obtain your trademark registration certificate. If your trademark is refused or your trademark application is opposed, Bilim Patent assesses the legal grounds and appeals the decision or responds to the opposition.
Bilim Patent provides representation and consultancy support before registration and until the registration process is complete, as required by its Total Intellectual Property Management approach. After registration, it continues to monitor your intellectual and industrial property rights and to support you in assessing and resolving potential legal problems.
