Design
A power of attorney that is notarized, legalized by the consulate or apostilled is required. The perspective, front, back, top, bottom, left side and right side views of the design to be registered must be provided. A declaration on the relationship between the applicant and the designer must be provided. If priority is claimed, a Spanish translation must be provided within 90 days.
