Industrial design registration/publication decisions issued by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) can be opposed. If a design published in the Official Designs Bulletin is similar to your design and there is a likelihood of confusion, an opposition can be filed against the publication to request the refusal of the similar design.
