Registering your design does not mean that it is 100% protected. Full design protection is only possible by monitoring new design applications that are similar to yours, in other words through an industrial design watch.
New design applications are published in the Official Designs Bulletin after an examination of formal requirements. Unfortunately, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) examines industrial designs only for formal requirements and publishes the applications that meet them in the Official Designs Bulletin. If no opposition is filed, these designs are registered.
