Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. As there is no legislation on designs yet, only textile designs can be registered. After passing a formal examination, the design is published in the official bulletin for 2 months, during which third parties may file oppositions. Design protection lasts 5 years. This term can be extended twice, for 5 years each time, providing a total of 15 years of protection.
