Design
A simply signed power of attorney must be provided. For applications by legal entities, however, a notarized power of attorney is required. A description of the design to be registered must be provided, in French or Arabic. At least 3 images of each design must be provided. Design protection lasts 5 years. It can be renewed twice, for 5 years each time, providing a total of 15 years of protection.
