Trademarks
The Community Trademark is a trademark registration system that provides protection throughout the European Union. A single application results in trademark registration in all 27 member states. A Community Trademark application results in a registration certificate valid in all 27 countries. A Community Trademark can be registered either through an international application under the Madrid Protocol or through a direct application.
