Trademarks
A trademark is any sign that can be represented graphically or expressed in a similar way and can be published and reproduced by printing, such as words (including personal names), figures, letters, numbers, or the shape of goods or their packaging, provided that it distinguishes the goods and/or services of one undertaking from those of other undertakings.
