Barbados is not a member of the Madrid Protocol. To file a trademark application, you must engage a local attorney firm. The applicant's details, the name of the mark (and the logo, if any) and a simply signed power of attorney are required. A single-class system is used, so separate applications must be filed for each class. The international list of goods and services is used.
