Antigua and Barbuda is a party to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). A notarized power of attorney and a declaration are required. Three copies of the description and two copies of the drawings are required. For a UK-registered patent, a certified copy of the patent together with the above documents is sufficient.
