Grenada is a member of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). The deadline for entering the national phase via the PCT is 31 months. A certified copy of the UK patent registration is required. Patent applications cannot be filed directly in Grenada. The patent must first be registered in the United Kingdom and then extended to Grenada.
