Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. A power of attorney bearing a company stamp must be notarized. A Korean translation of the description of the design to be registered must be submitted. Front, rear, left side, right side, top and bottom views of the designs to be registered must be submitted in 2 copies. If priority is claimed, the documents must be submitted in Korean and notarized. Design registration provides 3 years of protection. With renewal every 3 years, this term can be extended up to a total of 15 years.
