Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. The description of the design must be submitted in Arabic. The dimensions of the design to be registered must also be provided. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be submitted in Arabic within 3 months. Design registration is completed within 2 weeks. There is no opposition system. Design protection lasts 25 years. After 25 years, it can be extended once more for 25 years, providing a total of 50 years of protection.
