Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. If the power of attorney bears a company stamp, it must be notarized. In addition, notarized documents relating to the business license or commercial registration must be submitted. Multiple applications can be filed, provided that the designs are in the same class. The titles and descriptions of the designs to be registered must be submitted. At least 2 images of the design are required. Design protection lasts 5 years. It can be extended every 5 years, providing up to 15 years of protection in total.
