Design
Jordan is not a party to the Locarno Agreement. However, a 32-class system is used, as under that Agreement. A description of the product designs must be submitted in Arabic. Design registration provides 15 years of protection. No extension is possible after 15 years. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be submitted within 3 months of the filing date.
