Design
A simply signed power of attorney must be submitted. A description of the designs to be registered must be submitted. A design registration is open to opposition by third parties at any time, without any time limit. Design protection lasts 5 years. It can be renewed twice for 5 years each, providing a total of 15 years of protection.
