Complete general information about the designer must be provided. Information on the general features of the design must be given. Complete photographs or drawings showing the general view and the front, back, bottom, top and side views of the design must be provided. A priority document, if any, must be submitted with the application. If the applicant is not Arab or Turkish, a notarized power of attorney is required.
