Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. A power of attorney bearing a company stamp must be notarized. The description of the design to be registered must be translated into Russian or Tajik. The term of design protection is 10 years. After 10 years, it can be extended once for 5 years, so protection is available for a maximum of 15 years in total.
