Design
A description of the product whose design is to be registered must be provided. Views of the design to be protected from several angles must also be provided. The term of design protection is 5 years. It can be renewed every 5 years, providing a total of 25 years of protection. Oppositions can be filed within 2 months of publication of the design in the official bulletin.
