Design
A description of the product whose design is to be registered must be submitted. Views of the design to be protected from several angles must also be submitted. The term of design protection is 5 years. By renewal every 5 years, protection lasts 25 years in total. An opposition may be filed within 2 months after the design is published in the Official Gazette.
