Design
A simply signed power of attorney must be provided. If the applicant is a company, a notarized power of attorney must be provided. The description of the design to be registered must be provided in Bulgarian. Design protection lasts 10 years from the filing date. After 10 years, it can be renewed every 5 years, providing a total of 25 years of protection. A description of the design to be registered must be provided.
