Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. If the applicant is a legal entity, a power of attorney bearing the company stamp is required. The description of the design to be registered must be submitted in Serbian. The designs must measure no more than 16 x 16 cm. The term of design protection is 25 years. A single fee must be paid for the first 5 years. Annual fees must be paid for the following 20 years.
