Design Registration in Spain

Information on the applicant and the designer is required. A simply signed power of attorney is required. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be submitted within 3 months of the filing date. A brief description of the design (in Spanish) is required. Multiple applications can be filed, meaning that up to 50 designs in the same class can be included in one application.
