Design
Multiple design applications can be filed. If the designer and the applicant are not the same, a notarized English translation of the agreement governing the rights between them is required. A description of the designs must be prepared. Photographs of the design taken from every angle are required. Design protection lasts 5 years. With renewal every 5 years, protection of up to 25 years in total can be obtained.
