Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. A brief description of the design (in Swedish) and its class must be provided. The design must be at most A4 in size, with a resolution of 300 DPI. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be notarized. A design provides a total of 25 years of protection, provided that it is renewed every 5 years. However, spare parts are protected for 15 years.
