Design Registration in Poland

Design
Drawings must be made with black lines on white paper. Views showing the same design from different directions and in different ways are required. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be submitted within 3 months; if it is not in English, French or German, it must be submitted together with a notarized translation. The term of design protection is 5 years from the filing date. This term can be extended up to 25 years by renewal every 5 years.
