Design
A short description of the design is required. A simply signed power of attorney is sufficient. Three A4-size photographs or drawings (without margins) of the object whose design is to be registered are required. Bottom, top, front, back, right, left and perspective drawings of each design must be submitted. A description of the design to be registered must be submitted. Design protection can be extended up to 25 years, subject to renewal every 5 years.
