Design
A description of the product whose design is to be registered must be submitted. Views of the design to be protected from several angles must also be submitted. The term of design protection is 5 years. With renewal every 5 years, a total of 25 years of protection is provided. An opposition can be filed within 2 months after the design is published in the official bulletin.
