Design
A simply signed power of attorney is required. Legal entities must also provide a company stamp. A multiple design application can be filed for products in the same main class. If priority is claimed, the priority document must be submitted notarized and with a French translation. At least 2 images of the design to be registered, each at least 8 x 8 cm, must be submitted. Design protection lasts 5 years. With renewal every 5 years, a total of 25 years of protection can be obtained.
