Bosnia and Herzegovina is a party to the Patent Cooperation Treaty. The deadline for entering the national phase via the PCT is 34 months. A Bosnian translation of the specification documents must be submitted to the Office within 90 days of filing. A Bosnian translation showing whether the original PCT file has been amended must be submitted to the Office within 60 days.
Utility model
The requirements are the same as for patents. The total term of protection is 10 years.
