Croatia is a party to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). The deadline for entering the national phase via the PCT is 31 months. The application must be filed through an attorney resident in Croatia. Patent protection lasts 20 years. A Croatian translation of the specification must be submitted.
Utility Model
The requirements are the same as for patents. The total term of protection is 10 years.
